Tasty Recipe For Carp?
O.k. So we’ve gone out and gotten the best coarse fishing tackle for out budget. We’ve found out what kinds of line we need to use and that we need a medium action rod.
I’m anticipating catching some pretty good sized carp. But are they really just a sport fish or is there a way we can eat them?
I mean, aren’t they intended to be a food source in a lot of countries? I’ve gone to some Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants and they have carp on the menu, after all. I’ve been tempted to try them… Maybe I should and if I like them, I’ll get the recipe. Maybe I’ll even pass it along here.
