Food Effects on Poriasis
For a long time now many people who suffer from psoriasis believe that there is a connection between this skin disorder and the foods that they eat. Although there is no scientific proof some doctors are starting to believe this also.
Psoriasis, however, being the fickle disease it is affects everyone differently. What effects one person will have no effect on someone else.
Therefore although we can make up a list of foods that psoriasis sufferers should avoid some sufferers will have no problems eating these foods.
Also some foods are believed to help relieve the symptoms of psoriasis and some are even believed to help prevent an attack.
The only true way to find out which foods do affect you, you are going to have to eliminate that particular food from your diet for at least 6 months.
After 6 months slowly reintroduce the food. It shouldn’t take long before you know whether or not this particular food should be avoided.
It may seem like a long process but in the long run it will be well worth it.
