Action figures are collected by people of all age groups, from 5 year old kids to your 70 year old retired pensioner. The popularity of these unique toys is absolutely impressive considering they simply are just toys.
These however are not just any toys, they are toys that represent the live figures of popular super heroes. They could be film stars, politicians, popular cartoon characters, comic characters and even sports stars. So why do people love these action figures?
What I never managed to understand was why people actually collect them. If you are a child I can see why they would fascinate you. You are there in you bedroom recreating the latest battle full with sound effects, surrounded by your favorite heroes. However I doubt that if you are an adult, that this would be the reason.
