How is Bill Richardson the most qualified to be President?

I read this and see the debates and he seems like the most un-watchable person out of all the Democrats. He does not speak well, he does not know what to do, he seems confused, he seems tired. I don’t get this as being qualified.

If you have ever lived in New Mexico you will know he isn’t a good choice. That state is riddled with problems. High numbers in Crime, teen Pregnancy, Poverty, DWI’s high school drop outs, it’s pretty bad.

He isn’t the most qualified. He and Kucinich should start their own party entitled "Whiney, party of 2".
