		<description>Just a quick thing- you still wont qualify with family in washington- you need more than an address to get in state tuition if that makes a difference (it goes by your legal parents/they check given your high school is in Texas more than likely).

In any case- probably not- with that sat score, thats simply too low at both schools unless your gpa was higher- which is also on the low end of admissions stats (mychances.net) You may have to go to a cc. I would apply, you may get in, but the chances are probably only near 10%.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
