		<description>It was a non-commercial station. I can tell because of the dial position (low) and the donations - they can't accept advertising, so they ask for donations. It was probably a college station and now there is a new year and perhaps a new direction as students move on. Or it could be a local public station, maybe even an NPR affiliate (National Public Radio)
