Apparently, neither Galvatron, nor the Quintessons considered designing Trypticon to be able to swim.</description>

Both cities were often seen dwarfing gestalts (Bruticus, Defensor...). In toy scale, Fortress Maximus was unquestionably larger, but I think his cartoon size was downplayed to being more towards that of a large human structure (such as a industrial complex, or corporate HQ), as opposed to a city (intentionally designed to quarter "normal-sized" Transformers).</description>
