Anyone of you know the growth and future development for McKinney will be?

I am looking for a piece of land or lot about 2 acres in size for my future home in 7 years. I am thinking on East of 380 in Princeton section.

Buy now, the area will grow fast. It looks as though Durrant OK will be suburb of Dallas in the near future.
