Log Beds
If you’ve spent a long day in snowshoes, skis or hiking boots near your cabin retreat, there’s no better way to finish off the day than cuddled up with a loved one in a cozy cedar log bed. A log bed can be the perfect crowning touch in a rustic bedroom whether it’s an expensive one-off or a solid, mass produced piece. Beds made from rustic logs are practically necessary in a cottage or cabin. They can be constructed from Cedar, Pine, Birch and Hickory but Cedar is my personal preference due to the way it ages to a beautiful silvery gray color.
