   Oy! I’ve been to both your Ft. Worth And Dallas cities. Two different and distinct communities, really. Dallas is very cosmopolitan, like Chicago, New York, and such. Ft. Worth is more of a true Texas town. The people are nicer, more down to earth, and just plain friendlier. Not such the case in your cosmopolitan Dallas. In Dallas, you really can’t get the Texas feel. Oh, you might see a cowboy hat, but you’ll miss out on what Texas Pride truly feels like.

   Ft. Worth is real; Dallas isn’t.

    i wouldn’t call it a comback, per se, but an observation. anyone who is that caught up in the notoriety of their town, and that excited about the addition of their town’s initial in an abbreviation is a sad little person. why don’t you petition DFW airport to change it’s name to “Arlington international”, or “airport of the town we desperately want to be recognizable.” would that make you happy?

    … Wel then y’all must be hiding it or something. Those pics made it look like a hole and the only thing that’s somewhat impressive is that skyline pic, but that would of course be Dallas. It’s the most conservative major city in the US (Fort Worth) which would make it extra ty from my perspective. But Fort Worth does sound pretty cool as a name.
