They are all over the DFW area. You can contact them, give them all of your information including your son's birthdate and social security number, hospital name, date of visit, etc. and they will track down the records for you. It does cost some money to go through them but its worry free, they do all the work. The service I used to use was way down in Beaumont but they do everything via email and regular mail. They are all over the DFW area. Call one of them and ask where all the hospital records are stored. someone should have information on where the medical info is stored.
