My son was in an accident several years ago. He was taken to DFW Medical Center. The responsible person has (finally) been forced to take responsibility. However, we can’t find our copies of the hospital visit. In the meantime, the hospital was closed down. How would I find the medical records?
Google "records retrieval service". They are all over the DFW area. You can contact them, give them all of your information including your son’s birthdate and social security number, hospital name, date of visit, etc. and they will track down the records for you. It does cost some money to go through them but its worry free, they do all the work.
The service I used to use was way down in Beaumont but they do everything via email and regular mail. Very reliable, Nell McCallum & Associates. Best of luck
My boyfriend is about to go to the USCG and we were wanting to get all dressed up and go out to eat somewhere nice, that also had good food. Preferably in the Ft. Worth area, and we both love jazz music, so that would be a plus. Cost doesn’t really matter. Thanks!
