Both finding a relaxing posture to snooze in and staying asleep can be giant challenges if you are pregnant. If you usually sleep either face down or on your back, getting comfortable can even more difficult.Sleeping in either of these positions may present problems when you are expecting a baby.Your breasts could be tender plus much more hypersensitive so sleeping on your stomach is out.Sleeping flat on your back places the complete weight of your growing body on top of your back which can result in discomfort.

If you don’t normally sleep on your side, try to get used to it.Once you are curled up on your side, a pillow located between the knees can offer some furthercomfort.Invest in a good mattress pad and comfy maternity pajamas or other sleepwear.Getting the sleep your body requires often is tough when you are pregnant.
