Phone recorders will get it all on the record. Some of them are made to record on small cassettes. And others are made to do it on micro chips, in digital form, like in the mp3 format for example.
A software capable version exist. It runs on any computer(note that some will not run on the Mac) and have for recording capacity the maximum your hard drive can provide.
