My Extreme Workout Plan For This Spring

I have been getting my workouts with my Air Climber for some time now, and as much as I like the results, I still I’m not getting the work out I need. So this coming spring, I will be on a new program, which I call – The Extreme Workout Plan. This will consist of weight training, stair climbing and swimming.

I have already prepared my all that is needed; gears, routes to take, gym membership and time management. I’m just flushed with excitement and can’t wait for the last of the snow to thaw down. My goal is pretty simple really, to challenge myself all step of the way. I hope that will be met.
