dieting again
So, after the holidays, I noticed I gained a lot of weight. I mean, its not like I think I need to check myself into an eating disorder clinic or anything, but I do need to do something about it. I can’t even button my pants anymore. So, what should I check into? I’ve seen ads for Atkins, Nutrisystem, Medifast, and a bunch of others. There are books out the wazoo, like the south beach diet and lots of others. I never know where to look to legitimate information on these things. You know, info without some kind of bias sort of like an ad. I guess I’ll keep looking.
