What is the best way to get around Dallas/Fort Worth from DFW airport and things to do?

I am going to be at and around the DFW airport on a Saturday till around 5. What is the best/cheapest/quickest way to get around the Dallas or Ft. Worth area? What are the best things to checkout while in the area?
I guess I should mention I am 22 so I won’t be able to rent a car.

Rent a car. Car rental from DFW on the weekends is dirt cheap. I reccommend National because you can pick your own car.

EDIT: I found a website with guidelines for under 25 car rental.

Fort Worth is 30 miles west of Dallas. There are attractions in Arlington and Grand Praiie area. Timeing would be a big concern as traffic can slow or stall. There should be traveler brochures of attractions near the car rental or any hotel lobby.

  4. Dart rail & bus system;should be visitors info leaflets at airport telling what may be of interest to visit.
