How many flights do the soldiers have to take when leaving Iraq for DFW?
My husband is coming home and i wanted to knowwhen to expect him.
Could be one, could be two, could be three..

You really can’t count on anything until he calls you to tell you his flightplan. There are many different routes they could take on the way back, add to that delays…it’d be pretty pointless to guess until you get his flight plan.

most likely about 3.
He should take one from where ever he is at in Iraq to maybe Kuwait. Then from Kuwait he should fly somewhere like either Germany or Ireland. Then from one of them to somewhere on the east coast like Baltamore, Atlanta, Newark, then on from there.

it is against security rules for him to call or email you his flight plans until he is in the us. No one can know for sure till they get close to where they are going, flights change way more than you think they might, four times leaving iraq I went a different way every time, once in the air we were diverted to hungary, once to germany so a general could eat lunch while we waited for him four hours, once to ireland and once only one quick stop before heading straight to dfw
