Can I take the DART rail from DFW airport to downtown Dallas?

DART rail map shows a station south on DFW but it looks like is a few miles outside the airport?

The station you see is the Centrport Station of the TRE. (Trinity Railway Express), it is directly south of the airport. I believe that DFW has buses that go to Centreport, but I wouldn’t swear to that. Once you get on the TRE, just take it to Union Station in Downtown Dallas.
The train to Union Station will cost you 5 bucks, but that 5 bucks lasts you all day.

Ride it to Union Station all the time.

  3. No, since the DART lines were designed by political appointees rather than people with intelligence the lines do not go to either DFW or Love Field.
In the distant future we may have mass transit to the airports, but probably not in our lifetime.
