When purchasing a new car or used car, you expect good service. You want the sales staff to be knowledgeable, and help you to make the right decision. After all, they are the car expert. Unfortunately, some car dealers do not treat their customers with respect. I had to purchase a replacement car after my car accident, and I visited two or three dealership over a one week period. The sales reps were on the phone having a personal conversation or they were rude. When I visited the Vauxhall Astra dealership, it was very different. Someone came to assist me right away with a pleasant smile. They were really helpful
