What are some apartments that are near santa barbara city college?

preferably ocean view if its not too expensive, we would like decent apartments with nice accommodations and preferably new..
around santa barbara city college.. we are looking for prices from around 1400 or less.

any good suggestions..
and no i do not want to live in fountain bleu or in any other places where there are a bunch of noisy college kids.

New and ocean view simply don’t go together. All prime parcels in Santa Barbara were built on in the 1970s and prior. There are some condos near SBCC, but they are not new. I would check craig’s list and search on "the Mesa".
